digitaljames: Thanks, no really, thanks for pointing that out. I did have permission to use it for my site but had a huge oversight when I released my theme. I just shot him an email and I hope he approves. Otherwise I'll have to take it out. Good thing most of the users have changed the header.

There's plenty of good art out there with less restrictive licenses, so I'd suggest using something else so you don't have to keep dealing with crap like that.

No because I was courteous enough to email him first for my personal sites then after shipping the theme I realized I shouldn't have included it in the released theme. And now instead of just taking it out and faking like nothing happened I emailed him, being a courteous responsible person.
I don't care what image is there, I'd rather it not even be this one but I haven't even looked for something better so it stays until it needs to be taken out or I look.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I really like your theme and that I created a german translation of it which can be found here. The code remained totally untouched, only things I changed were the Englisch text bits.

Download it again and reupload everything. Deleting what you had before.
It should work fine, since a freash install in my dev area works fine.
As for IE, I'm going to post on it soon.

Hey! Please check what happens when you click an aside post.
When I click an aside post I get the single page but without the title and content (just the header, navigation and comments). Please check is this is an error of the template or mine.

If that's the case, and if you don't want to install that plugin for some reason, the call to the function should probably be surrounded by an "if (function_exists('function_name')) { }" block so that it doesn't try to call it if it isn't there.

For some reason function exists breaks if because I have if_single. I just need to figure it out but I've already tried.
It should be fixed in the next release though.

It's not a copyright but an acknowledgement of the hard work we've done. If you want no one is going to stop you but I don't recommend it.
At least give some kind of credit with some links.
