I think the things that cause stress are common in life, and we will never escape them completely; we will only find new ones. So, my advice is to work on changing how you deal with these things / situations, so that you don't let them make you get stressed so much.
Two questions --- When was the last time you played golf?
Are you sleep deprived?
A friend of mine ALWAYS asks me these types of questions when I mention that I am getting stressed out.
1.Dan o, you have so much to offer any job! They are lucky /blessed to have you.
2.What is God saying about the job situation?
3. Stress comes to me most often IF I am NOT having/doing some FUN for me deal - like surfing or have Not been getting enough sleep, like when we had infants.
LAST - Spiritually speaking - FOR ME once in awhile the devils magnify a stress point and it blows out of proportion to try to cause loss through my anger.
