No he's cool. I actually talked to him about some stuff but yeah on the bottom he does give me credit.

The link in your original post (somesuch.weblogs.us) does credit you; unless he changed it after you contacted him. He's got a link to you in the footer and in his links section.

You should probably pick some sort of license (and make it obvious) if you want to require people to be required to link back to you. Even then, they still don't have to, I guess, but they may not have realized that you would want them too at first.

Since it was corrected so quickly, I'd assume that it was just an oversight.

No, I trackbacked and he added it after the fact. I already talked to him through email and all is good. I don't really want to "require" someone to give credit, especially since they could just take it out no matter.

I just don't like when they deliberately take your name out of the theme and leave everything else the same, at least change the colors and make it your own before you do that.

Another reason I wasn't happy with this particular blog is he got a lot of traffic from other people linking to him about this story; Dvorak for one.

So is it hate, indifference or jealously that you are feeling? How is he getting Dvorak's attention with one post on his blog? Maybe I should read it.
