    huh? They were asking how they would burn a DVD just like they burn a CD. That's the exact quote I received, in full.

    OK, but who's "they"? I'm assuming from your answer it's someone who asked you something, but I wasn't sure from the original post. Then, after reading the followup comments in Pownce, I gather that it's a question someone asked to someone (or some company) involved in the industry (still don't know who), but it never really says that anywhere. Just looking for more background to help the story make sense...

    Yeah, I can see why it would be confusing because I thought it would be obvious.

    The story: A customer that bought our material emailed me that question today (quote).

    And I say the **AA hates us because, if the general public thinks it's fine to burn CDs and DVDs then maybe they aren't overreacting. Although they are still evil.
