So static noise gets canceled out but voices and random noises can't be predicted so they're able to get through. Just close by or more distant?&lt;br&gt;Does the noise cancellation happen automatically when&lt;br&gt;you listen to music?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It would great to have them for a plane trip.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;The guys at Good Guys would always knock anything&lt;br&gt;by Bose as way overpriced. Not sure why, could have been&lt;br&gt;the commissions were way low.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I had some expensive headphones years ago and it was&lt;br&gt;great to listen to music with them.</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Dave Z</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 24 Aug 2007 18:28:17 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
